Our Thrift Shop is a mission of First Unitarian to assist our community in receiving good quality household goods and clothing at the lowest possible prices, and often for free to those in need. The Thrift Shop was created by long time member Lorial Laughery-Wiencek, who has, sadly, passed away. Her vision is continued through the work of our many dedicated volunteers including, Bill Bennett, Donald Blier, Linda Correia and Pam Sherman.
The Thrift Shop is open Wednesday mornings from 9:30am-1:00pm, Thursday afternoons from 1:00-4:00pm and Saturday mornings from 10:00am-2:00pm. The shop is located in the basement of the church and accessed by Eighth Street. Unfortunately, it is not handicapped accessible.
We accept and greatly appreciate donations of good quality clothing and household items.
