Balance & Swing Contra Dancing

Southcoast Lessons's Balance & Swing Contradance in an ongoing series at Tryworks Auditorium!

Are you new to contra dancing? You can do it! Every dance is taught. No experience is necessary and it isn't necessary to bring a partner with you either. It’s a joyful experience!

This is a great place to begin your dancing experience. The Old Time Fiddle Session community is committed above all other things to creating participatory traditional music environments where all levels of participation are celebrated and comfortable. Bring water, dress comfortably, and be a part of something fun.

Participants are welcome to join in the community band or the dancing!
