Mark your calendar! On November 9, after service, Karen will be hosting a training on hospitality, how to make coffee, ushering, and where the lights are in the building. Everyone must pitch in on Sundays to ensure a smooth running coffee hour, cleanup, and putting the building to bed after service. We hope you will attend!

We are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the installation of our Labyrinth on Thursday, October 24. Our service on October 27 will include a potluck to mark this momentous occasion. Please speak to Karen or Deb if you want to bring something or assist with hospitality.
David and Sri Lakshmi set up a free costume shop during AHA! night on October 10, on Friday evening, and Saturday morning. They distributed over 100 costumes to families in need and raised $90 in donations for candy for Fall Fest.
This year’s FallFest is happening, Saturday, October 19, 12-5 (raindate Saturday, October 26th.) This is a super-popular event that draws hundreds of folks downtown for a day of family-friendly trick-or-treating, music, and Halloween fun! This year’s event will feature DJ Mikey Life in Wing’s Court, Vintage Car Trunk or Treat, Southcoast Brass Band, Halloween performers–and more!
The costume drive was a collaborative effort between dNB, Inc., Besteas Bubble Tea Room, Play Arcade, Hewn, and Calico. David and Sri beautifully set up a costume shop in front of the church. David went above and beyond by setting up a small sampling of Thrift Shop items, too! Thank you, David for all of your hard work planning and setting up for this event! We appreciate you.
See everything happening at UUNB on the calendar on our website. Updates are shown immediately, so you will always know what is planned.
